We’re building this space so friends and family can share in our adventure , so that we can maintain a sense of connection to home, AND so that we can have a place to record and reflect on our experiences.

We chose the title because we want to share pictures and highlights of the places we’ve traveled (postcards) and also take some time to dive in more deeply to what we’re thinking as we journey through the year (perspectives).

Like the traveling itself, we’re viewing this newsletter as an adventure and a chance for discovery. We will experiment with the format throughout the year as we learn about Squarespace and as our own voices develop. Thanks for joining us as we learn.

We appreciate your enthusiasm and support and all the encouragement so many of you have provided to us. It has anchored us in ways too numerous to say.
